What do we do first?

The initial stages of trying to start on campus can be daunting... we need to pray a lot and ask the Lord for keys to this campus. 1. Pray They cannot be a part of something they have not heard of, they will not be a part of something that does have a compelling vision/purpose, and they will probably not come to something if they do not have a personal/relational invite/connection. 2. Understand XA and what you are trying to accomplish/compelling vision 3. Build a Core (need people) Enclosed are some of my start up thoughts on connecting with students and building the initial core on a campus. (I am looking for my 12 disciples to pour myself into so that they will reproduce what we experienced together) BTW, it is not uncommon to have to rebuild your core in the first 2 years (students who initially look interested may not stick--- painful but normal) I hope this helps our many groups that are trying to get things going :) Thoughts on building a core/connecting
